THERAPEUTIC SUPPORT STAFF/TSS NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE CASES!

Staffing Plus Inc. is currently seeking committed, professional and caring Therapeutic Staff Support (TSS) who want the rewarding challenge of making a difference in the lives of at - risk youth in their school, home and/or community settings.

Earn up to $13.33/hr for experienced contractors!

Staffing Plus has immediate full and part time Therapeutic Support Staff cases to fit your schedule!

Immediate Demand for Experienced TSS in Phoenixville, PA

As a Therapeutic Staff Support/TSS you will be required to provide Behavior Modification support, work within a Treatment Team, complete weekly paperwork and be able to be a positive mentor to the client on a consistent and on-going basis. TSS with Autism and ASL experience a plus!
To qualify you must have:
A bachelor’s degree in Mental Health with original transcripts
A bachelor’s degree in another field with original transcripts and with at least one year paid experience working in direct care with children /adolescents… Or
Associates degree or 60 credits towards a bachelor’s degree, with 3 years paid experience working in direct contact with children and/or adolescents.
Current PA Required Clearances (child abuse/criminal).
Cogent FBI Fingerprint a MUST TO START MOST CASES.
Current Health Screening including a Physical/PPD
Excellent communication and documentation skills A MUST
Reliable transportation not all sites are public trans. accessible
Must have a strong desire to work as a part of a Therapeutic Team
Dedication to providing on-going services to the consumer and meet all required hours
Demonstrate the ability to adhere to compliance policies.
Autism and ASL experience a PLUS!


Staffing Plus will assist in obtaining all PA mandated clearances
including Child Abuse, PA Criminal Background Check and Cogent FBI Fingerprinting (Department of Education).

CPR, First Aid and all other required trainings can be obtained
through our on-site training department!
