MANDT- Behavior Management and Crisis Intervention Training required

Earn Up to $12.00/hr

Staffing Plus, Inc. is currently contracting mental health Professionals to provide mental health services to Adults and Adolescents that are diagnosed with severe emotional problems and developmental delay in their residential facilities.

The qualified candidates will be responsible for:

Providing daily living skill supports to clients in a residential setting
Working 1:1 and in small groups with mentally retarded, developmentally delayed, autistic and emotionally disturbed clients
Encouraging and facilitating community involvement
Ensuring that the clients needs are identified and met daily
Demonstrate the ability to work well with in a team
Excellent communication skills
A drive to meet program goals and objectives
Ability to keep all documentation up to date and current and thorough
Must have strong ability to work through crisis situations using emergency planned strategies.

Restraint or Crisis experience needed Must have MANDT certification to apply for these opportunities.

All openings require:
MANDT-Behavior Management and Crisis Intervention Training required
CJIS & CPS required (SP will assist in obtaining)
HS Diploma required BA degree A PLUS
Experience in crisis management and restraint techniques required
Current Physical /PPD and Drug Screening
CPR and First Aid Certified (preferred)
2 years MH experience
Drug Screening required
3 professional references
State Required Clearances (criminal background)
Excellent attendance and punctuality
Reliable transportation and Valid Drivers License
