Qualified Master’s Level Clinicians Needed to work as Behavioral Specialists Consultants, Mobile Therapists and Lead Clinicians throughout the Philadelphia Area


BSC Earn Up to $38.00/hour
MT/LC Earn Up to $35.00/hour


Behavioral Specialist Consultants (BSC) and Mobile Therapists (MT) provide on going behavioral support to improve the overall growth and development of clients and families. The role of the Behavioral Specialist Consultant and Mobile Therapist requires at least 1 year prior experience providing similar therapeutic services.
Contractors must have strong communication and the ability to work independently, as well as a member of the treatment team. Services are provided in school and/or home settings and require the ability to promote a provider-family collaborative approach.
Requirements to qualify for BSC cases:
Master’s Degree in a clinical mental health discipline such as Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work. (Must have at least 12 credit hours of clinical behavioral health coursework)
2 years post master’s experience providing mental health treatment to children.
1 year must include experience using behavioral modification analysis
Must have proof of 8 hrs. training in Behavior Modification and/or Analysis.
Must have strong communication and documentation skills
Bi-lingual and ASL skills a Plus
Autism Experience a MUST

Requirements to qualify for MT/LC cases:
Master’s Degree in a clinical mental health discipline such as Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work
Most LCSW /LPC qualify immediately
1 year post master’s experience providing mental health treatment to children.
1 year working in CASSP, plus documented practicum work in therapy.
Must have strong communication and documentation skills
Bi-lingual and ASL skills a Plus
Autism experience a MUST

State Required Clearances (Criminal Background, Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting), Current Physical and PPD screening &Current CPR and First Aid Certification are a MUST to start all cases!

Staffing Plus will assist in obtaining all PA mandated clearances
including Child Abuse, PA Criminal Background Check and Cogent FBI Fingerprinting (Department of Education).

CPR, First Aid and all other required trainings can be obtained
through our on-site training department!
