State of the art sub-acute and long term care facility Position Requirements:
*Must possess strong patient assessment, patient management, and documentation skills
*Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of New Jersey
*CPR Certification
*Current physical and PPD (or chest x-ray)
*Must have at least one year of prior experience. Previous geriatric experience is preferred.
