Staffing Plus, Inc. The leaders in Behavioral Health Care Staffing, is searching for mental health professionals to provide Direct Care Services to Developmentally Delayed/Mentally Retarded Adults in their group home settings in Chester and Delaware County


EARN Up to $11.75/hour

AFTERNOON, EVENING AND WEEKEND SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!!

The direct care worker will provide support to a team of motivated direct care professionals to assist adults with developmental disabilities become more independent by offering guidance and support for daily living activities, self help and social skills following prescribed support plans.

Each professional candidate must demonstrate the ability to work well with in a team, have good communication and documentation skills, be sensitive to clients specific needs and have an excellent drive to meet program goals and objectives as well as ensure that every client’s daily needs are met with a Caring and Professional touch!
Must have reliable transportation to these sites

All openings require:
High School /GED equivalent
Current Physical and PPD screening
CPR and First Aid Certified
State Required Clearances (criminal background)
Must be 21 years of age.
Must have valid PA Drivers License

Staffing Plus will assist with all Pennsylvania requirements for credentialing. Including: training, continuing education courses, original transcripts, diploma, physical and PPD, Current Criminal and Child Abuse and FBI Fingerprinting Clearances, CPR, and professional references to qualify!
