We are looking for dynamic, professional and dedicated upper level pharmacist

to work in a remarkable team environment in:

Baltimore City, Towson, Washington, DC, and Virginia

  The following Management Positions are available:

• Operations Manager to oversee the technical and professional services in the 24-hour decentralized pharmacy in an acute care teaching facility.  Must have 2 years operations management experience in a hospital setting and strong leadership and technical skills.  Active MD license.

• Clinical Coordinator: needed in one of the world's most comprehensive neonatal ICUs, sleep disorders center, trauma center, and geriatrics programs to develop programs, clinical practice guidelines, and protocols consistent with demonstrated quality patient care.  Responsibilities include the development and coordination of the pharmacy performance improvement plan and medication safety activities; monitoring patient drug therapies for safety; and staff competency and development plans.  PharmD required with two years' experience (minimum) in a hospital pharmacy practice or completion of a pharmacy practice residency in the hospital setting.

• Director of Pharmacy: The Director of Pharmacy will plan, implement, direct, and evaluate service/department activities for hospital pharmacy in accordance with accepted national standards and administrative policies.  Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or equivalent experience in a related field preferred.  7 to 10 years of related and progressive experience; health care experience preferred; minimum 3 years supervisory experience required.  Licensure/certification speciality required as applicable.

• Active Pharmacy License in Maryland and/or Washington, DC
• Minimum of 2-5 years hospital and management experience wihin a hospital pharmacy
• Strong leadership skills are desired
• Previous experience in the specified fields is a plus
